dipping sauce for Gyoza
2 cup - HOT water
2 cup - Tamari
1 cup - Rice Vinegar
1 cup - Sesame Oil
3 TableSpoon - Minced Ginger
3 TableSpoon Minced - Garlic ( super fine )
3 TableSpoons - sugar
dissolve sugar in the hot water, mix it all together , shake well before serving.
sprinkle with chopped scallions for service
