Izakaya Cabin Hiring

Kitchen Manager, Lead Sushi Chef & Sous Chef

KITCHEN MANAGER: You’ll be fully in the mix: working the line a few days/ week so you know what needs to be done, placing all kithen orders, receiving and putting away deliveries, and keeping the prep crew organized and moving with purpose. We run a tight, high-output kitchen where safety and cleanliness are critical. You’ll set the tone, hold standards, and make sure every station hums from open to close. If you’ve got sharp instincts, tolerance for mild kitchen chaos, and take pride in a spotless, well-run kitchen, we want you. full time with 3-4 night shifts on the line, 2 day shifts working with prep and organizing the kitchen.

LEAD SUSHI CHEF: We’re looking for a steady hand to run the line at our busy sushi bar. High standards, strong crew, and a kitchen that moves fast when the town fills up. You’ll help guide the menu, keep the team sharp, and make sure the sushi rolling out of the bar is consistently dialed. Strong pay, tips, and the rare restaurant perk of real seasonal downtime.

SOUS CHEF: Perfect role for someone solid on the line who wants to level up. Work alongside the lead chef prepping fish, building rolls, and helping keep service tight on busy nights. Good pay, good crew, and the kind of place where effort gets noticed.
