Izakaya Cabin Hiring – Lead Sushi Chef & Sous Chef

LEAD CHEF: We’re looking for a steady hand to run the line at our busy sushi bar. High standards, strong crew, and a kitchen that moves fast when the town fills up. You’ll help guide the menu, keep the team sharp, and make sure the sushi rolling out of the bar is consistently dialed. Strong pay, tips, and the rare restaurant perk of real seasonal downtime.

SOUS CHEF: Perfect role for someone solid on the line who wants to level up. Work alongside the lead chef prepping fish, building rolls, and helping keep service tight on busy nights. Good pay, good crew, and the kind of place where effort gets noticed.
