WINTER Season Starts Mid December

KITCHEN POSITIONS :

Sushi CHEF / LEAD ( kitchen experience required )​

work 3-5 nights/ week 2pm-10pm. Lead sushi chef will help generate weekly menu specials, coordinate with prep team to ensure mise-en-place is ready for service, fillet salmon, break down bluefin tuna, prepare SASHIMI and NIGIRI in beautiful and creative ways. WORK and CHAT simultaneously, you're on display! Lead sushi chefs will help train our crew of rookies and interns who are eager to work and learn. Sushi LEAD will be able to work all of the kitchen positions, manage tickets, make rice, cook tempura, fillet a salmon, wash dishes, make sauces and generally be as flexible as possible in the kitchen. CREATIVITY + COMMUNICATION are key.

Sushi INTERN ( full time evening shifts)

work 3-5 nights/ week 2pm-10pm. learn the trade from the sushi masters. intern position will LEARN the menu sushi from rice to rolls, assist the sushi leads in preparing menu items for the entire restaurant.

FOH POSITIONS:

HOST / FOOD RUNNER (part time/ full time)

We hire all new servers from our existing staff. If you're interested in a server position you will need to start in a SUPPORT roll, get trained and educated on the menu and policies and be eligible to pick up shifts.
