1 bottle ketchup ( or bulk equivalent )

2 TableSpoon Rice Vinegar

1 Table Spoon Mirin

2 TableSpoons black pepper

2 TableSpoons Togarashi

2 TableSpoons Garlic powder

1 TableSpoon Kosher Salt
