DUCK Wings / Sauce / Ranch Dressing

Duck wings - Deep Fry for 7 minutes @ 350


DUCK SAUCE:

SAUCE RECIPE - All measurements are by weight ( use scale )

PLUM SAUCE - 140 oz

GOCHUJANG - 80 oz

SRIRACHA - 4 oz

SESAME OIL - 2 oz

OIL ( grapeseed or avocado ) - 16oz

SOY SAUCE - 16oz

BUTTER (melted) - 2 lbs ( 2 bricks )

MIRIN 20 oz


Melt butter, mix all ingredients together


WASABI RANCH DRESSING:

SOURCREAM - big tub = 32oz

KEWPIE - 4x bottle

Dried Dill - 4 Tablespoons

Dried Parsley - 4 Tablespoons

Dried Chives - 4 Tablespoons

Fresh Dill - 4 Tablespoons

Fresh Chives - 4 Tablespoons

KIZAMI WASABI - 2 packet

Salt - 1 teaspoion

Pepper - 1 teaspoon

MIX IT ALL TOGETHER

Then Add Milk - thin it out to desired consistency


TASTE IT!! make sure its delicious
