dipping sauce for Gyoza


4 cup - HOT water ( 1 quart / 32oz )

4 cup - Soy Sauce ( 1 quart / 32oz )

2 cup - Rice Vinegar

2 cup - Sesame Oil

1/2 cup Minced Ginger (8 TableSpoon)

1/2 cup Minced - Garlic ( super fine )

1/2 cup - sugar



dissolve sugar in the hot water, mix it all together , shake well before serving.

( alternatively, put sugar, ginger and garlic in blender with soy sauce and sesame oil, blend on high speed for 2 minutes. ingredients will emulsify. mix with water and vinegar )


sprinkle with chopped scallions for service
